This is a fabulous vintage winter skirt suit designed by Arthur S. Levine for Tahari.
The style is a recent take on the 60s (worn in the past by Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Onassis among others and championed by Katie Couric, today).
The jacket features slimming seems, faux vertical side pockets and a shawl-style collar.
The skirt seems to be a regular pencil line from the front. From the back it features a row of mini-pleats which makes the skirt flirtatious and easy to move in. (The skirt’s length is around the knee.)
