This vintage Pierre Balmain Sport Coat is FITTED, exquisite quality (50% Silk and 50% Wool blend) and creamy, off white! It has all the appeal of French design and Italian craftsmanship; the blazer was made in Italy. (Just in case: Pierre Balmain is one of Europe’s most respected designers, renowned for creating luxurious – EXPENSIVE! – fashions.)
This blazer is FANTASTIC and CREAM color. As the pictures show, it is also VERY difficult to photograph. (In reality: 1/ the blazer is off white, not yellowish and 2/ it’s anything BUT shapeless!)
The fabric has nice linen-like texture, you can see it well on the picture featuring Pierre Balmain’s label. Two button front. Two front pockets (+ a chest pocket); two inside pockets. Fully lined. 10” slit in the back.

(What to do with measurements? Take your favorite blazer out of the closet and lie it down flat. Measure the same areas as listed above. If the measurements of your own well-fitting blazer are within 1” of the measurements of this vintage Pierre Balmain blazer, you’ll look like a God in it!)
Condition: the overall condition of this gorgeous blazer is pristine. (It has been dry cleaned as well.) There is a slight discoloration on the underarm perspiration protectors. If that’s an issue for you, the pads can be easily cut out or replaced.
