We could call it just a Black Velvet Vintage Jacket or… a piece of wearable art. This is the famous black velvet Muslin Mink – a jacket designed in late 70s by the artist and inventor Paula Sweet whose Muslin Mink is in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The jacket is nothing short of spectacular and has plenty of artistic flair. Light, made of Rayon, the jacket features original shoulder pads, has two side pockets, hook and bar, and – closer to the bottom – a two button closure. It is undoubtedly a piece of art and perfect for a gal looking for an artsy look. (It would look best on a tall person.)
